Was hoping that the hotel would offer room service. It was during Ramadan and I was travelling with a toddler. It was quite troublesome to go out and buy food and bring it back to the hotel just to feed my child as they do not offer room service and only dine-in.

Nice and friendly hotel

Hotel was good and price was very reasonable. Location is also convenient. Only slight downside was if we did not need to pay for parking, though there is a flat rate fee. Also, tried to request for adjoining rooms and baby cot prior to arrival, but there was no reply from the hotel. Overall a great stay. Will still come back if needed.

It was ok. Breakfast is basic. The room is clean but the toilet is a bit dim and doesnt dry up fast. Love love love the bed n the sofa. Linked to a haunted shopping mall but didnt have any paranormal experiences (thank God)

The hotel was located on top of a mall with lots to do and had a pool. It would make a good place for a family to spend the weekend. The only let down was the toilets on the ground level are closed which is inconvenient when waiting for taxis.

Great place to stay! Check-in was fast, friendly staff and they give free upgrade with pool view. The room is Clean and spotless. Only minor issue is water pressure is low and took a longer time for hot water when we came back to shower at night compare to day time. Breakfast was great, good spread of choices, Teh Tarik was superb perfect (not tasteless or too sweet). Convenient location as its located just above Paradigm mall. You can also drop your bags for few hours safekeeping for free within same day pickup. Overall satisfied and very much recommended.
