Terrible communication

The room was not the same as I had selected on room selection and on pictures. However it was a lovely stay. The agent was unfriendly and told me to cancel my booking knowing very well there are no refunds. I only had 2 friends who visited then left but she was so rude whilst I was explaining and the security informed her that there was one extra person she made a big fuss and said I should cancel my booking.

Filthy with an appalling lack of service

The towels were dirty and brown, some of the furniture is broken, mismatched glasses and coffee mugs. Wi-Fi doesn’t work and TV is broken. No management on premises, and despite being told they would come and see us they never arrived. Avoid at any price.
