Very comfortable stay at the villa resort for 1 night. The facilities were excellent, the only downside is the food didn't match as the food was adequate, but not in keeping with the luxurious facilities.

Great location 20 minutes from the airport yet very quiet. Location is walkable to the beach and convenience stores however there are no sidewalk. Breakfast is an additional fee, but worth every penny

The property was in good condition when we checked in. However, the staff did not clean up after breakfast, leaving all the plates with food remnants untouched until the next day. On the second day, the milk provided for the child was spoiled. When we reported this, three staff members came separately and argued that the milk had not expired. Furthermore, they did not offer to replace the milk, claiming they had none in stock, despite a store with milk being just a 5-minute walk from the property.

We had a wonderful stay at The Mutiara Jimabaran. Staff were very accommodating and welcoming. We stayed in a one bedroom villa. It was beautiful and clean, with a private pool, kitchen area and huge bathroom area. Grocery stores were close by and ot was a three minute taxi ride to Jimbaran Beach. Would thoroughly recommend!

The Villa itself is very spacious with a large pool and garden area. We found limited stocked kitchen items. The Villa roof has bats living there so when you get up on the morning if you have little children you need to be very careful as there was bat poo everywhere which is very toxic we did request housekeeping to clean each morning which they did. The Villa is on top of a hill on a busy road so not ideal to walk with kids as no pavements they do advertise a Free shuttle service to Supermarket and local area but they do not have a shuttle we had to order taxis to get everywhere. Overall we had a good time staff were very friendly and helpful but because of where the Villa is situated would not re visit.

Fantastic luxury, very helpful staff

We had a magnificent time. The grounds are gorgeous and huge and the private pools included with each villa is so fun. (The fact that you get your OWN private pool makes this place so special!!) The staff was extremely helpful with food orders and bookings of drivers and tours and spa treatments. Would definitely recommend this place to families, or couples, or groups of friends since there is a ton of space for everyone.

Adequate, but needs some refreshing

Our family of 6 stayed in a 3-bedroom villa for just one night, and because it was a short stay, the Mutiara served its purpose. The rooms and linens were clean and the beds comfortable, and the common area also was fine. But the property in general is in need of an update, with the entirety of the amenities simply aging and worn in (furniture, bathroom fixtures, refrigerator, etc). The pool seemed OK during the day, but in the evening, the underwater lights revealed lots of strange little fibers circulating in the water; we couldn't figure out what it was but it was odd and suggested at the least that the filtration system needed cleaning. The front desk staff were polite but not particularly friendly. The porters and security guards were all very nice and helpful.

The property is all about the villa and the amenities in your villa as there isn't a lot elsewhere in the property. It couldn't be cleaner, it was very spotless. very high walls making it very private. Great pool. The outdoor stairs between the two levels wasn't ideal overnight as we were staying with kids. Overall a fantastic place to stay off you are after a villa

Private pool was great. Breakfast cooked in villa very relaxing. Wifi hard to get hold of occasionally but when it is working you can get it from your villa i.e no need to go to a public area Very friendly, helpful staff. Will be returning. Terima kasih!

Mutiara Jimbaran Villas We spent over three weeks here in March, nice private villa with two bedroom two bathrooms. Only used the lower level. The pool was huge compared to other villas. Daily towel changes and cleaning service Super helpful staff and a complimentary shuttle to shopping or the beach. Close walk to Pepito’s supermarket and Pharmacy. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Wifi was good and good air conditioning. Breakfast made at villa each morning was fresh and delicious. Thank you to everyone who made our stay memorable. Gerd.

Big and Comfortable with good-size private pool

The villa is spacious, comfortable and private. Clean and pretty new. Separate private bathroom attached to each room for all the 4 bedrooms. It's a pity we didn't have time to swim in the pool. The pool is of right size for us to swim and it looks clean and blue. The kitchen is well supplied with cultery. We would definitely come back stay here if we are back to Bali and would highly recommend this place as it is private yet not remote. One disadvantage, the wifi is not working/available.

主人とふたりで利用しました。 プールもお部屋もゆったり快適な広さで バスルームも広々、水の出も良くとても快適でした！ 4人がけのテーブルに、ソファー 大きな冷蔵庫に、ウォーターサーバー（熱湯も出ます）が使い放題で、飲み水の心配も無く最高でした。 あまりに快適で、同じ系列のスミニャックにも滞在しました！ コスパも良くお勧めのビィラです。

空港までの送迎をお願いしていたにもかかわらず、ヴィラの、報告、連絡、相談、が出来ておらず、迎が来なかったです。 これも、バリタイム。。。。⁈ バリタイムを有効に使えば、のんびりとした時間を過ごせました。 ジャパニーズタイムを強調した人にはお勧めできません。
