What a fantastic stay! We were only there for 1 night but we will definitely be back. The staff were exceptional - so responsive and helpful. The grounds were beautiful. Some of the utensils at the villa are not clean and working as expected. Example, water heater does not auto cutoff when it reaches boiling point. Also, the tub does not look much clean. The closet does not completely flush in single flush. Spa towels did not smell good and seemed like it is getting used beyond its life. All the staff were courteous and polite. Pool was good, but some of components like water taps, pipes etc need to be cleaned. Room was spacious and good.

The villas are amazing - tranquil, private and you feel very close to nature. The property is also beautiful. The restaurant is not particularly fantastic (given standards of food in Bali it could be better) and the reception doesn’t do the property justice. The lighting, ambience of the reception and restaurant don’t match the classiness of the property which is a shame.
