Overall my stay was really good. It is easy to go from the hotel to NY Port Authority Bus station ($4/person - hourly). Good breakfast, rooms are well maintained, however the sink of our room had a terrible smell. We needed to keep it mostly closed... The front desk staff could offer more general information/instructions on how to take the bus to NY and/or other relevant attractions such as the The Liberty Statue Ferry... it was a Sunday and the lady told us she never went there and couldn't help. I totally get it, but it would be nice to have more interest in helping new tourists. Other than that I recommend this hotel.

Hotel was clean comfortable and quiet. Good breakfast options. Walk to Target in about 5 minutes and there are food choices nearby. Description says Times Square is 11 minutes away but that is not the case. 20-30 by uber and about 50 mins by bus (which is super easy to get to and use the app to get bus tickets.. and drops off at Times Square Port Authority Terminal). $4 by bus per person and about $45 for an uber
