The facility is unkept and rundown. People at front desk not very friendly. This was by far the worse Motel that we have ever been. We would not recommend it to anyone. They didn't honor the rate that Expedia confirmed AND they refused to give us a receipt upon check out. Please provide the best contact number to discuss further these issues.

Property was not at all what was portrayed in the images, was a shady roadside motel and my wife and I refused to stay there due to smelly/dirty room and sheets. Front desk receptionist was a nice gentleman, he ensured a refund of some sort would be applied.

The lock to the door didn't lock, there was a blood stain on the carpet approximately 1 foot in diameter which was disgusting. Also, a hole in the wall as if someone put their fist threw it. The parking lot was sketchy and i didnt feel safe with random people just. Walking around and hanging off the balcony. Will not be staying again.

Unfortunately I was on the 1st floor and the people above me were up most of the night making a lot of noise, so I got very little sleep. Otherwise it was fine, staff was very helpful.

There was glass between customer and staff. The office was super run down. When I went to go to room there were several people smoking and loitering in parking lot near vehicles. The room itself was very run down. The walls were dingy with streaks. The bathroom door could not be shut if you were on the toilet as your knees were outside the bathroom. The tv looked like it was falling off the wall and I could feel every spring in the mattress. Unsafe and horrrible experience. Only positive was that I got my 2nd night refunded and didn't have to stay another night.

people at the front desk and housekeeping could not have been nicer and more accommodating. For the price we are very pleased. The only downside is that some guests book the room hourly and the people that come with that were noisy outside our door at night.

Need privacy fence. Sleeping is difficult because of the delivery trucks next door the McDonald’s restaurant. Patrons park Nextdoor and have their headlights turned on brightly shining directly in your room

Terrible I spent many days there because it was cheap and I tolerated it because I was low on budget. The delivery trucks from next door the McDonald’s restaurant makes noice early morning and wake you up. The patrons park their cars at the fence facing the hotel Roos with their bright headlights on. The can look through the fence right in your room. That place need privacy fence
