Duncan Bridge Condominium - First Floor! This beautifully decorated condo features 2 Bedrooms and 2 Baths with a patio overlooking the pool and the lake. Wake up to beautiful views of the lake from your master suite featuring a large bath, dual sinks and separate shower and garden tub. A second bedroom features a queen size bed. Additional sleeping on full size fold-out sofa. This condo offers many amenities not available in a traditional house. The condo offers a large community swimming pool (OPEN YEAR ROUND), a public charcoal grill, and a covered boat slip.

Boat slip included in rental. Duncan Bridge Marina and Boat Launch are just across the street. Two miles north of Duncan Bridge, you'll be able to find groceries and restaurants in Arley. For more great restaurants and shopping, Jasper is only about 15 minutes away.
The HOA has a 4 night minimum imposed for the summer until labor day weekend and a 3 night minimum after that.
RESERVATIONS ARE NOT CONFIRMED UNTIL YOU RETURN THE RENTAL AGREEMENT TO SMITH LAKE RENTALS. NO after-prom, graduation, frat, wedding, etc parties. Any gathering larger than the Max occupancy has to be preapproved. Violation will result in eviction.
No pets are allowed in or around the Duncan Bridge Resort condos by rental guests.
PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THE PRIMARY RENTER MUST MEET THE AGE REQUIREMENT OF 25 YEARS OF AGE.
