Staff was excellent. Breakfast area was great. Room was fine but the bathroom was not good. Messy, horrible caulking, black mold on caulk, wallpaper falling off, shower mold. Tiny tv.

This hotel looked like they put on a coat of paint and slapped a Holiday Inn sign on it. Door did not want to close tight which made us feel unsafe. Outside doors were not working properly. The mattress was very uncomfortable and worn out. Not up to Holiday Inn standards, as we have experienced in the past.

The staff was outstanding - in every area, they were eager to help us enjoy our stay, and offered to help. They seemed to enjoy working there and took pride in their work. A truly exceptional team of folks. The breakfast was good and the room was comfortable.

Cloverdale was awful. When we pulled up several suspicious men were outside ducking behind a utility shed with a woman with no logical explanation for their actions. This was very uncomfortable for my wife and three daughters. The hallways were dark, dirty, and had a bad smell. The rooms, which were non smoking, smelled like they had been smoked in, but also smelled worse than that. It’s kind of hard to describe how bad this hotel was and is. It did not meet any standard of HIE that I would expect and I’m frankly surprised that the brand allows it to operate under its badge.

Original room had black mold growing on the ceiling, everything in room was damp, smell was horrible. Second room acceptable, nothing to rave over. Air vents in dining area leaking into food and toaster. Unsafe facility. On a positive though the staff were amazing and super friendly.

Decent stay room was nice

It was good only complaint is breakfast was offered at 7am on the weekend that's a little too late for people getting up and getting out early they offer at 6 during week I feel it should be the same on the weekend.

Friendly hotel - needs improvement

Staff was friendly and quick to respond. Trent at the front desk came and helped us with our TV for over half an hour, which was above and beyond when it wasn’t working and then we were trying to find a certain channel because the menu wasn’t working.
