The staff who greeted me upon arrival was lovely and very helpful. I asked for an extended departure time with no issues except...when I went down to the pool my card didn't work to get back in the room. Apparently they time out but I didn't know that. That was the only negative thing and it's an easy fix. Thank you for a great visit.

Had a wonderful 7 night stay over Christmas. Our family really loved the hot breakfast every morning-usually it alternated with omelettes or scrambled eggs with bacon or sausages and pancakes (with other continental breakfast type items). We are really impressed by how warm the heated pool was and the hot tub was a wonderful addition we looked forward to. It was quiet and we all slept well (we had two rooms). We would definitely stay here again.

The room was clean and beds and linen comfortable. Good shower and thermostat in room. Breakfast was good for as advertised grab and go. I didn't use the pool this time and it looks like you can do laundry there. Seems friendly, the reception gave me a Xmas mug with cookies, hot chocolate, marshmallows and tea for my overnight stay on Christmas day. Has a central location near my dad's retirement place so I will try staying here again. Seems like a good value for a place to stay when I visit my dad in Peterborough.

Upon arrival, the floors were covered in dirt and outdoor debris. Because we were traveling with a pet, we felt we had no choice but to clean the floors ourselves to ensure their safety and comfort. It was frustrating to be promptly charged a $25 pet fee when the room hadn't even been properly cleaned for our arrival.

the staff was EXCELLENT. The room was great except for a small stain on the bedding and the pillows not being very comfy. breakfast was decent, lots of options. the hottub and pool were great, pool was very warm! overall would stay again
