Newly Updated 2 Bed / 1 Bath Condo - 3 Minute Walk to Beach - Best Deal Around!!

We are SO excited to make our little slice of paradise available for you to stay at!

You can't beat the 3 minute walk (some will take longer, depends on how fast you walk & how much stuff you are bringing with you) to the beach that this condo offers. Our 2 bedroom / 1 bathroom second floor consists of 1 king bed room, 1 queen bedroom, and 1 queen pullout sleeper sofa, and is newly updated from top to bottom - just about EVERYTHING in the unit is brand new and waiting for you to use it!

This condo is located in the beautiful Forest Ridge Village community.

Located very close to the community swimming pool, tennis courts, and child playground area, you will NOT be disappointed! There is also a community grilling, picnic table, and fire pit area that you can use.

Forgot to bring common items like beach equipment, towels, etc? No problem! We have supplied everything we could think of that you may need. Please note that the variety of what is available is subject to change based on re-stocking, time of year, availability, etc.

Bring your bicycles and you can park/lock them in the bike racks conveniently located right outside our building by the parking lot.

A checkout list will be emailed to you during your stay, and a copy can also be found in the unit - if you would like to review this list beforehand, just reach out and ask.

Fernandina Beach / Amelia Island has SO MUCH to offer, including mini golf, multiple 18-hole golf courses, historic areas to visit, more restaurants, bars, and shops than you will be able to visit in 1 trip, the cutest downtown you could ever imagine, and much, much more! The condo was okay. Cleanliness -- rugs, furniture, glass slider were not clean. Laundry - washer had a definite mold odor and needs to be deep cleaned. We did not use it but I'm assuming the bedding, towels that are provided are washed in it. The appliances need to be replaced as they are pitted and rusty. The bedding definitely needed a refresh. It's smaller than what appears in the picture but was fine for two of us. The property owner was very attentive but I have a feeling he/she are not nearby because the condo definitely needed some TLC. There are close neighbors and unfortunately smoke so we couldn't open the slider or a window. They did have a nicely stocked kitchen with dishes and utensils, etc. The other "amenities" like beach chairs, towels, etc. need an upgrade too. Most had sand left in them, were rusty and were in the master bedroom closet - yikes! We didn't visit the pool. The island was beautiful and we would go back but would stay elsewhere.

Great little spot

This place has everything that you need. It is very quaint and quiet. Just a few min walk to the beach access point. We loved the pickle ball court each night. Master bedroom is spacious. Plenty of room for our 4 people. Great little place so close to the becah.

We had a fantastic time! Greg was absolutely amazing! His communication was thorough and he was easy to get a hold of whenever I had a question. The condo was very clean and so cute! It looked exactly like the pictures online. It was a very short walk to the beach, like it states. The beach was beautiful and not crowded at all. Great experience! Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay. The complex was clean and really pretty. The condo was very comfortable and provided all your needs for a great stay and going to the beach! The beach access was only a short walk. The pool was spotless and refreshing. Highly recommend!

We had a great time! The condo was exactly as advertised. Greg was amazing and so fast to answer any questions we had. Communication couldn’t have been better!
