The Terraces at Beachside are the closest oceanfront condos on Amelia Island, FL to Historic Centre Street and the island's Victorian beach town, Fernandina Beach. Historic Fernandina Beach offers many unique shopping and dining experiences for every visitor! The Terraces at Beachside is a quiet and cozy accommodation with only 15 units total. Perfect location
Location was perfect for us. Easy walk to the Sandbar and Saltlife. Flectcher Avenue is bikeable. The unit is small but had everything we needed. I like that it had a washer and dryer. Bed was comfortable. Nice that parking is covered. We would stay there again!

It was a nice condo,tho cozy, the parking space is absurdly close to a concrete pillar, but we had a maintenance issue, and the maintenance man was there in 5 minutes. A good experience overall.

Amelia Island Anniversary
Perfect location and size! Next time (yes, we will be back!), we’d like a unit with a balcony. Perfectly situated to the beach, restaurants and shopping. Recommend using personal GPS on phone, instead of directions given. We had trouble getting the door code to let us in, but help arrived shortly. The unit was very well appointed.
