The back entrance door was broken so anyone could enter the bldg. the bldg was repainted but rooms still need to be updated especially the bathroom flooring. Kitchen sink had corrosion and there was a night of insect in the restroom. It’s in the water which made it appealing but not safe or clean. Staff were nice and breakfast was ok. Same daily and lack of options. Would not stay again or recommend it.

Absolutely ridiculous to charge a parking fee for people who are paying for a room at the hotel. Very disappointing! Besides, you are not made aware of this upcharge until you check in when booking through Expedia.
