This lovely condo is nestled among the trees, and is in a great location, within walking distance to Egan's Creek Greenway and the beach. The heating and cooling system (we needed both in Feb!) work perfectly. We enjoyed the privacy of the spacious screened porch, and the French doors allowed us to enjoy the trees even when it was too chilly to be out there. When we had a little glitch the owner was all over it and quickly resolved the problem. An additional treat- the bed was super comfy. It is a third-floor walk-up, so be aware, but the comfort and privacy is worth the effort.

Comfortable condo near beach

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. Very comfortable and thoughtful touches throughout, like a welcome snack basket. Kitchen had all the staples and plenty of cookware. Communication and instructions were excellent. The pool was well maintained, large with ample seating. FYI 2 blocks from the beach and condo has 3 flights of stairs. We enjoyed happy hour on the lovely screened porch in the treetops. The condo has beach chairs, but fyi they are the small type, low to the ground, in case you prefer taller ones :)
