It was horrible 😡 We walked in the room and it was definitely dirty. There was dirty sheets on the bed and no blanket, there was pee on the toilet the jacuzzi tub was dirty and unsanitary. We had no remote to the tv and no phone in the room.... WE WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN

First room smelled like cigarettes. The second had stains on the white sheets and comforter. Bathroom sink was cracked. We only had two bath towels, when I asked for more bath towels, wash cloth and hand towels I did not receive any. The TV remote control did not work, when I told employee she said she come and look at it but never did.

The pictures made it look like a nice place. It was dark and dirty people were hanging around. We were too scared to stay there so we went to a different hotel. We asked for a refund and it was denied.

The first room was neglected dirty nasty door broke like 2 days into the stay maintenance didn't fix it even when asked. They had to switch our room late at night because of how broken second room was good. I cant thank the overnight lady enough with being so helpful and amazing
