This spacious private villa has 4 bedrooms, each with a full bathroom, an equipped kitchen, an open dining and living area with a sea view, a hammock, and a jacuzzi on the terrace. Perfect for families or groups of friends.
The villa is located next to the Ixtapa Marina and is part of a condominium with shared pools, paddle courts, a gym, restaurant, and bar. A free water taxi can take you to Ixtapa beach and the Marina in 10 minutes.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave, and toaster. There are stores that deliver to the villa and fish markets with very fresh products. The dining area comfortably seats 8 people, and can accommodate up to 10.
The living room is spacious and offers a spectacular view. On the terrace, you'll find two loungers to enjoy the sun and the view, as well as a hammock for relaxing and a jacuzzi for cooling off. The villa also has a washer and dryer.
