Local public assistance is using this red roof in Cortland for housing the homeless and there was people arguing in the hallway all night long. Trash on floor and under bed from last tenants. It was creepy. Staff was friendly and helpful though.

The room wasn't too bad, but the tile was broken in the tub and an area around the toilet looked to be rotting out. In the morning there was no hot water for a shower. I was not happy!

A trip with our HS sports team. Smoke was in the hallways. Rooms weren't clean. No warm water to shower in. Overall the worst stay of the year for the group.

We only stayed for 1 night. It was clean and staff was nice. They could have fixed the curtain the right way in our room. They did a really bad quick not even fix job on it. We were unable to open it and when we tried it broke more.
