Very professional and easy process. My only complaint was that I was running quite late for check-in (10:00 p.m.), and it was very difficult obtaining a direct line phone # for the front desk in order to inform I was still enroute. I did not have breakfast, so did not rate that.

Clean rooms, felt safe and secure. It's good if you have a car, but if you do not prepare to uber everywhere. The bus only runs every so often to downtown. Overall, I would stay again; it's a great spot for the price

For the price, was great. Was small room but enough for us. Clean, comfortable bed and shower. Nicely renovated. Appreciate the microwave and refrigerator. Basic continental breakfast was fine. 15 minutes to get to Cornell univ. 20 minutes to town of Ithaca. Went for hiking and scenery in the Finger lakes. Was wonderful driving around.

The staff accommodation and room cleanliness were far better than my expectation. Came in late on a flight and got into my room With no issues. Patrick behind the deck made sure I was good to go with key and wifi access. Updated, comfortable rooms. Would stay here again.

The room immaculate. Comfortable and accommodating. The bathroom was amazing. Loved the little extras of shampoo, conditioner, hand soaps, and lotions. Was a nice touch. Had no trouble with parking our entire stay and the staff and service was just top-notch. Will definitely reserve a stay here again.

The hotel description & pictures were exactly as listed here. Room/bathroom was immaculate. Bed comfortable. Outside well lit. Continental breakfast was extremely basic. However, great place for the price. Would recommend if you don't require any frills.

This completely renovated hotel is really nice — it isn’t fancy but with new beds, bathrooms and interiors, it’s a very welcome new option near Cornell. It’s quiet and the new owners are really lovely. The small continental breakfast offering is a nice touch. I’d rather stay here now than a name brand in downtown Ithaca!

Clean and new. Good value for the price.

Since this motel has reportedly been renovated by the new owners in just the past year, everything was sparkling and clean. The location was also very close to our places of interest and business. Prices were quite modest compared to the current going rates in and around town.
