I was scammed !! This place is a total disaster rooms are sooo small compared to pictures don’t be fooled !! No clothes wardrobe and it’s not soundproof I barely could sleep there !!! Don’t lose your money staff are very unprofessional and they made my friend pay 15€ just for a visit !! NEVER AGAIN

I’ve had the absolute worst stay here -three completely sleepless nights because the hotel turned off the AC in the entire building. Because of this, we were forced to sleep with the balcony door open, which led to: 1. Constant street noise - cars honking, people shouting and partying all night. 2. Mosquitos everywhere - I woke up multiple times covered in bites, killing several every night. This has been an absolutely horrible experience. I’ve stayed in many places around the world, and this is by far the worst. I’m extremely disappointed and exhausted. To be fair, the staff are great - friendly and professional, but that doesn’t make up for such a basic comfort issue. If you actually want to sleep at night, stay far away from this place.

Rooms are not soundproof as stated on Expedia and Hotels website. Stayed in room right in front of lift and you can hear the mechanical noise of the lift throughout the entire night as well as the two seperate doors opening and closing when the lift is used. Party in adjoining room - noise was so loud. Shouting from the street can be hear in the room also. Reception called me at 2am on the second night stating that they can hear me on the phone. I could also hear reception phone ringing from my room. So soundproofing claim is completely false.

Everything was great although would have been better if the room was a little bit bigger- it can be quite snug for 2 people but it was okay as we weren’t spending that long in the hotel Sometimes the aircon was coming on at the wrong times so ended up very hot in the room at times

ISTANBUL CRUISE

Great location..we came 4 days early for a cruise...hotel was modern and new interior...rooms were kinda small but adequate..... in Istanbul you stay in the room but shower and sleep..because there is so much to see and do...staff was very helpful...hotel is close to Taksim Square..can catch the on/off tour bus..lots places to eat and shop...would stay here again.
