Emir at the front desk is friendly and very welcoming. Check-in was quick. Someone is always available at the front desk. There is a spacious elevator that is a relief at the end of the day of activities. The hotel is located in a quiet street. Our room temperature was comfortable and warm. The bed was firm. Sleep was easy. The shower worked well with good sealing and a handheld shower head. The housekeeping person was equally friendly and helpful. There is a kitchen at the top level if needed which we used. We enjoyed our four night stay here. It is close to restaurants, grocery stores, the Blue Mosque, and the Arasta Bazaar. The Grand Bazaar is within walking distance. I recommend this hotel.

The wonderful rating is absolutely not correct. I felt deceived. The best thing about this was the helpfulness of the staff and a good location to the waterfront. Quiet room

Hotel hosts Emir and Mehmet were very attentive to my needs and provided excellent help, information, and service. The walk to the tram line was almost entirely uphill, the streets to it to it were narrow and congested with traffic.
