The hotel was very very comfortable. The apartment was large and had every amenity. The staff spoke great English and were super helpful. Definitely 5 star experience. It was not far from most things and super easy to get an UBER or taxi.

The hotel is just amazing. The staff are friendly and remembered us from a previous trip, the staff go above and beyond to make you happy and create a personalised service for us. I would not stay anywhere else in Istanbul ever. Truly amazing and woyld give it 100* if I could. Clean, family friendly, has a pool and all shops you could ever need, just outside the hotel. Shopping nearby, free parking and close to markets

I loved staying at this hotel! It has everything you need for a very comfortable stay in Istanbul. The staff was amazing! The rooms very well equipped and big and had restaurants and 2 supermarkets right next door. I will definitely stay here again!

Stayed here as a family of 6! Had a minor issue on arrival, which was promptly sorted. Staff were amazing and couldnt do enough to help you with whatever request you give them. We got the breakfast, which was different everyday and gives you a small taste of Turkish cuisine. Shops nearby were great, we managed to buy lunch and dinner in the supermarkets and cooked in our apartment daily (set the fire alarm off a couple of times!!) But the staff checked on us and made sure all was ok. A few malls nearby, which we all loved and went shopping daily. Got a cab to Hagia Sofia and spent a day sight seeing around that area, cabs are easy to get to and from the hotel and there are enough local restaurants if you wanted to eat out every day. The pool was good, you have to wear a swimming hat, which you can buy on the front desk, the pool lady was lovely and very helpful. The lady at breakfast was my favorite lady and was sad to say goodbye to her!!! Overall would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!!

The property itself is modern, clean and well kept. The location isn't great for going to central Istanbul but they do offer a free shuttle which helps offset this drawback. The breakfast was ok - not amazing. Staff were all nice. The suite itself was the highlight - large, modern, clean and amazing views....nice and close to airport too.

This was an amazing hotel! Spa is fantastic! The moment you walk in everyone treats you like royalty. Everything is spotless, location is reasonable distance from the airport, even for an early flight.
