I had a great time at Royan Hotel. The rooms were clean and the breakfast was good. All staff were very friendly and helpful. In particular, Aleina was very attentive, helpful, and kind - her recommendations for sites to see and food to try was great!

The Staff made my stay great. They were very accommodating helped with recommendations and transportation. The room was great. Very clean. Good pillows and bed for a good rest. The location was great because there was a train station and also walking distance to the famous mosques. There is a bit of a climb on some steps, but if you don’t mind that, then it’s a great location. I would love to stay there again.

Wow! This hotel is located in the middle of everything! Nearest tram is just 7-10 minutes walk away. Very clean! Our room gets cleaned everyday even if we don’t ask for it. It was very much appreciated! I liked it that they have rooftop restaurant. However, we didn’t get to try because we are usually out by 8 AM and back at 8 PM. Staff are all very professional, very knowledgeable, respectful and kind. It’s our first time in Istanbul and we asked a lot of questions regarding activities, directions, food/restaurant recommendations. Fatih and Ferhat at the front desk are both very helpful. They made our stay very easy! They are probably one of the reasons why we would consider going back to Royan Hotel Hagia Sophia :) I would definitely recommend staying at Royan Hotel Hagia Sophia in Istanbul!

The staff were amazing. There tried to accommodate our requests as much as possible. They were very helpful. Although, our room was smaller, it sure was clean. The hotel was very aesthetic. The breakfast buffet with the view was phenomenal. Where do you find a breakfast buffet that serves fresh honeycomb? It was my first time to have been served that. The hotel is close to most tourist sites, very much walkable. You won't get hungry as there are many restaurants and stores nearby. No gym though, but, it's not a priority of ours to be at. Overall, a 5⭐️ for me.

My stay at this hotel was absolutely excellent. From the very first moment, the staff’s attention was incredible—always friendly, attentive, and ready to help with anything. Honestly words can’t express how amazing the staff are! The property was so clean and the staff went above and beyond to make my families stay amazing. I’ve stayed in lots of five star hotels around the world, including Istanbul and the service level was on top at this hotel. Last time we stayed in Istanbul we stayed at a different hotel which was supposedly five stars and the service and cleanliness was now here as good as the Royan Hotel. The location was shockingly close to Hagia Sophia (8 mins) and the local train station was very convenient. Every day the staff on the reception helped us choose good food locations and destinations to visit all the Personal touch of what they enjoyed. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel and if we want to stay in Sultanahmet again we will definitely be choosing this hotel. Can’t thank the hotel enough
