Overall good hotel. Need to be a bit more organised so that they work according to the guest. We had to call reception and guest services few times for basic amenities within the room such as shower gel, towels, duvet etc. they do clean the room everyday but doesn’t top up all the items which guests need. But otherwise it’s a great hotel at great location.

We had an amazing experience during our stay at this hotel. Everything was just perfect, from the clean and comfortable rooms to the exceptional breakfast each morning. The breakfast spread was truly outstanding, with so many delicious options to choose from. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist with a smile, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Parking was very convenient, and the hotel’s location made it easy to access public transport ,we used the nearby train station to reach all the famous attractions with ease. There are also plenty of shopping malls and restaurants close to the hotel, which was super convenient. Our kids absolutely loved the stay, it was a wonderful experience for the whole family. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

Receptionist was very rude on check in. I booked two superior twin rooms. I was given an accessibility/ disabled rooms. Cleanliness was very poor. We found hair and nail clippings inside bed sheets. Hair everywhere in the bathroom. When we asked for the sheets to be changed, this was not done. Rooms were spacious and furniture was relatively news. A/C worked very well. Overall I would rate this hotel as average due to poor customer experience at reception and cleanliness level.

The only place I would stay

I love this hotel and there is no where else I would stay when I visit Istanbul. Location is amazing. Close to tram stop and you also have a mall about 2 min walk. The service is great. Decor in the rooms are amazing. Free use of sauna steam room and pool. They even have a women’s only health club where you also have daily free use of the sauna steam room and pool.

The staff and the location are excellent. The guest service manger Eiman was fantastic and extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She went above and beyond to accommodate our needs and would definitely come back.

I had a mixed experience at the Ottoman Deluxe Hotel in Istanbul. The good parts were definitely worth mentioning — the hotel was very clean and quiet, and it’s in a great location, close to shops and a nice shopping mall. The garden restaurant was beautiful, and I appreciated the thoughtful addition of prayer rooms. The cleaning staff were also very kind and helpful. However, there were some downsides. Our room card kept stopping working, which was frustrating. Not many of the staff spoke English, which made communication a bit hard. On our first night, the restaurant staff didn’t seem interested and we waited a long time just to place an order. The food wasn’t great and was quite expensive. Also, the massage service was unavailable during our stay, which was disappointing. Overall, the hotel has some lovely features, but a few things need improvement to make the stay more enjoyable.

Hotel was nice. Had to ask about housekeeping issues twice: once no bath towels left and once no spare toilet roll with just a tiny amount on the roll. Pool dominated by children, even the lanes which one would presume were for swimming lengths. Breakfast buffet good with polite staff. To note: no alcohol served at all which I didn’t realise. No big problem but I hadn’t noticed when I booked Overall good

This is a great hotel, close to all the amenities and lots of restaurants. Plenty of public transportation options within a walking distance to get you to the rest of the city. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Will stay again when I'm back in Istanbul. HINT: try the bakery across the street... you will be coming back again and again.
