The property is located in a side street away from the Taksim or Istiklal commotion. It is spotless clean and the staff are super friendly and accommodating. My housekeeper, Cahide, was wonderful; kind enough to fold all my clothes every day and restock. This is my second year staying at this hotel and I highly recommend it.

I liked everything, extra nice courteous and friendly staff, they allowed me to my room 4 hours before check in time and kept bringing me water, coffee and tea without even asking while waiting, they offered me to have breakfast although I wasn't checked in yet. Immaculate room, comfy bed, all the amenities you'd want in a hotel room and then some, very quiet area although it's few steps from Taksim square and Istiklal St. Breakfast buffet is the best I have ever seen, incredible variety, gourmet food, great opportunity to sample many delicious authentic Turkish cuisine, there is even a very nice young lady that will make your coffee, bring you water, juices, teas even a scented wipe with a genuine smile, and as an added bonus there is a great seafood restaurant across the street from the hotel. Very special thanks to all the staff especially Mr. Mousa (the manager) and Muhittin Ali

Breakfast have a lot of options which is great the services is a hit and miss. A bit noisy outside. They don’t answer your call when you need to cancel the booking so we have an extra room tht we didn’t stay in

It’s horrible staying the room was in the basement under the street noise come from everywhere when anybody moves in the reception it’s over your head also you can hear the sewer coming from everywhere I really don’t advise anybody to this place it’s not worth the money I paid I felt so bad first time I stepped in the room never believe pictures it’s always fake

Very clean hotel, exactly what you see in the pictures. The staff are super friendly and helpful( very knowledgeable and understanding. Eventhough, the property is on the one of the busiest streets of Istanbul, it’s still quiet and we didn’t hear anything. The breakfast room is small and cosy but the buffet is great. Both Ayhan and Gorde are amazing in the breakfast room. They made the experience so pleasant. Thank you everyone for making us super comfortable and welcome in the property.
