No hot water in the morning, Coffee machine runs out of coffee after 9am only to be told that this is normal even though breakfast is on until 10am, No water randomly, apparently workers conduct tests and the hotel dont know when that is so cant tell you. I was in the shower and when you ask receptionist they tell you to fill kettle with water to have a shower even though water doesnt work No bread, coffee or butter at breakfast, not policed people take alot of food and is not replaced fast enough. Poor selection of breakfast foods Safe broke did not open, Room cleaned at 5pm at night most days, so we couldnt get ready for night after a day of being out Worst hotel stay ive ever stayed at

Excellent hotel with good customer service

Very good location as it's minutes away from metro & bus station. Many amenities around. It's quiet in the evening. Room has cleaned everyday. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

A Scam. Not replying to me. Miss Ayda reply to me

Worst experience ever. I was in Istanbul at Jaff hotel on a trip. My father passed away during the trip and I had to come back. I paid in advance and cash due to policy. I stayed for a night but the hotel charged four nights. Hotels.com promised a refund so did the hotel, but nothing happened. Even after multiple communication with the app and hotel and both the hotel and app communicating, I still didn't receive the three nights refund. They're still promising me to do so. THIS APP IS A SCAM.
