The eating area was great. Fantastic views of the city & Bosporus. The staff were really friendly. Recommend deluxe rooms with sea view. It's on a narrow, lively hill, so coach pickups were not easy.

Very bad experience
It was horrible!
I am supposed booked a hotel with a car park but I was shocked when the receptionist told me that there is no car park and I have to pay €5 to park my car in a neighbourhood car park.
In addition, my room has a window on the corridor and there was transparent blinds that don’t prevent the light comes from the corridor. So, whenever someone walks in the corridor the lights turn on and comes inside my room. Also, there was a noise all the night (I have recorded a video at 2:30 am) so I couldn’t sleep and I woke up very tired which affected my business meeting badly. A full refund in not enough for that’s very bad experience.
