After not realising the date had automatically changed on Expedia when I booked the hotel. I immediately contacted Expedia to attempt to change the date without paying extra. They and I attempted to contact the hotel multiple times to get this accepted, but coincidentally every time they said the manager was going to be in to accept this request...he never was. I ended up losing my money due to there failure to contact back and decided to stay at another hotel where I would feel more valued as a customer.

Ich fange mal mit etwas positiven an Das Personal sehr höflich und versuchen bei Problemen zu helfen das frühstück ist okay also um bisschen Geld zu sparen ist es schon gut. Ich fand das Bad im Zimmer schön die Zimmer sind keine 4 Sterne wert die Lüftung ist sehr laut Es ist kein Entspannungs Hotel ich würde sagen man geht in dieses Hotel um zu schlafen und mehr nicht es gibt zwar einen Pool aber der hat seine besten Tage hinter sich, es gibt bessere Hotels in der Umgebung.
