I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the reception staff made me feel very welcome. The room was spotless, including the washroom, and I loved having a small balcony that let in fresh air. Breakfast was a highlight, offering a wide variety of delicious options to suit all tastes, all served on a rooftop with a stunning waterfront view. The location was perfect, with all the amenities and charming local cafes within walking distance—some even open 24 hours! It truly added to the convenience and charm of the stay. I can’t wait to come back to this wonderful place again. Highly recommended

It was okay at best. The area around is designed for tourists so over priced, lower quality, dirty, VERY busy and yet everyone speaks limited English which doesn’t make sense to me. Customer service was not good, they ignore you or just pretend they don’t hear you. I won’t recommend staying here

Worst stay of my entire Life

The worst hotel ever. It claims to have 4 stars, but unfortunately, it shouldn’t have any. The personnel were extremely rude, and the condition of the hotel was awful. Everywhere was full of dust. The rooms were very tiny, so much so that you couldn’t even find space for your luggage. I am extremely ashamed of the staff's behavior. The two women receptionists were so aggressive and fought with every customer about the hotel’s condition. There is no customer service at this hotel.

The hotel is advertised as a 4-star, but I believe it can at most be considered a 2-star. The room was cramped and they added an extra bed for a third person, which couldn't be moved at all. It's quite an inconvenient hotel.

A compact hotel close to Taksim Square

It was a standard hotel close to amenities around Taksim Square. Warm welcome at the reception. Room was compact and uncomfortable worn out furniture. But cleaned regularly. Restaurant offered poor range of foods and finishes mostly by 9am even though they supposed to offer foods until 10am. Good room service and concierge. Overall an okeyish hotel definitely not a 4 star.

Everything was good, especially the Iranian women at the reception were very responsible and friendly, and the man who was responsible for cleaning the rooms was very kind and loving, but the manager of the restaurant was very stingy and rude.

This Hotel Should Be 2 STAR HOTEL

This hotel should be 2 star Hotel not 4 star , Bathroom door handle broke , reported twice but never repaired in 8 days stay , Breakfast room on 8th.Floor ( Stairs from 7th. Floor to 8th.Floor are very very dangerous , no rails on each side , steps are very high , when coming down there is Big Bar on the floor , so if you cought to that Step Bar , you will be killed . Staff is totally unhelpful . I asked receptionist night before I left to wake me 4.00 am as my Taxi was booked for 4.30 am , Receptionist gave me Alarm Call at 4.23 am , so i had No time to get ready . Only thing was that hotel is in the center of city . BUT I ADVISE EVERYONE , DON'T STAY IN THIS HOTEL , POOR SERVICE AND DANGEROUS PLACE TO STAY AND ABOVE ALL IT'S NOT 4 STAR STANDARD HOTEL ......

Worst hotel experience ever

This hotel was advertised as a 4 star hotel which is totally misleading and false advertisement, I won’t even give it one star, it was horrible, worst hotel experience ever, the room was extremely small, totally different from the pictures in the website, it smelled bad and it was filthy, I would rather stay at a homeless shelter or even sleep in the street instead of staying at this place again
