This is the best hotel to stay at if you're touring Istanbul, it is the perfect base for your exploring of the city. The staff were exceptional and a very friendly atmosphere. I was welcomed and always felt comfortable to ask for anything if I needed something. The main receptionist I think his name was Sulaiman was extremely helpful definitely needs a pay rise, but made our stay very comfortable.

We are a family of 5 and stayed at the property for 7 nights and really enjoyed our stay at this property. The hospitality we received from all the staff was beyond expectation specially manager Sulyman. We were there in istanbul to celebrate our 15th wedding anniversary and they even looked after us on our special day by providing us a beautiful and delicious cake as a gift. The property is well maintained and very clean. Will definitely stay there again.

Great hotel that is very clean and has friendly staff. One of the best things about it is everything is in walking distance from it. Hotel staff helped us with luggage and welcomed us every time we enter the hotel. They have an elevator which is a plus since a lot of other hotels don’t. Breakfast is served at the highest floor with great view of blue mosque and Hagia Sophia. Very pleased with our stay and definitely would highly recommend.

Location, Location, Location. This probably is one of the best part of this hotel. All the major places, mosques, were walking distance. The tram car was available via 2min walk. Fantastic location. The staff was SUPER respectful, courteous, and friendly. I cannot thank our manager, Suleiman, enough for all his help, and guidance. He was very accommodating.
