Giriş yaparken lobideki beyefendiyle türkçe olarak anlaşmakta çok zorlandım kendisi türkçe çok az biliyordu ayrıca otel çalışanları da yabancı uyrukluydu bunların yanı sıra otel konum olarak gösterilen yer de değildi maalesef bu çok üzücü oldu. Konaklamamın bir sonraki gününde ise katım da yer alan giriş kapısı kilitlenmişti kimse yok diyip kilitlemişler odama giremedim ve tekrar lobiye gitmek zorunda kaldım beyefendiyle yine anlaşmakta zorlandım maalesef bir sistemleri yok ve takipsizlik diz boyu kesinlikle bu oteli önermiyorum.

Il y'avait aucun séjour A notre grande surprise dès notre arrivée on a était terriblement surpris :pas de réservation et l'hôtel complet, le personnel de l'hôtel non polis,arrogant et n'ont pas essayer de fournir un effort avec nous ils nous ont laissé tardivement moi et ma femme et mes enfants dans la rue ,choqué de cette situation j'ai pris mon courage à deux mains et commencé à chercher d'autres hotels bien que j'ai réservé au moins un moins à l'avance , c'était un cauchemar pour nous ,une terrible avanture avec des gens ingrats qui n'ont pas voulus savoir et même pas voulu discuter avec vos agents pour résoudre cette situation

عدم المصداقية والصور في الموقع مخالفة للواقع

كان مكان الإقامة سئ جدا حيث أنه عند وصولي للفندق ومعي حجز مؤكد ومدفوع بالكامل تم إبلاغي بأنه الفندق ممتلئ مما أضطرني بالبحث عن مكان بديل وخسارة مبالغ كبيرة وبعد تقديم الشكوى تم توفير شقة واحدة فقط رغم أن حجزي كان عبارة عن شقتين وكانت الشقق سيئة جدا حيث المكيفات كانت معطلة ما عدا مكيف الصالة وسقف غرفة النوم كان يخر بالماء بعد الأمطار لأن الشقة كانت بالدور الأخير وكانت غسالة الملابس معطلة لذا أنصح الجميع بعدم الحجز بهذا الفندق والذي يريد التجربة الله معاه وكانت الميزة الوحيدة قربه من ميترو عثمان بيه ما يقرب ٣٠٠م
