The location was excellent; however, there was no assistance available for our luggage. We encountered a few issues during our stay, and when we tried to seek help, the staff often appeared confused or unable to assist effectively. Additionally, the safe in our room was not working, so we placed the “Do Not Disturb” sign on the door, assuming no one would enter. I stepped out briefly, and upon returning, I found two staff members inside the room. When I asked why they were there, they said they were cleaning—even though we had only checked in a few hours earlier.

The property is located in a very convenient area! The metro right in front of the hotel. The rooms are very clean and new! The staff I can’t say enough good things about!! They’re soooooo nice, helpful and pleasant. The front desk staff is wonderful!!! :) the hotel is right here Galata tower and we took the metro when needed. 100/10 I would recommend
