A lovely hotel with exceptional customer service. From the moment you arrive, you are greeted with a warm smile that continues throughout your stay. The staff are incredibly welcoming, the breakfast is fabulous, and the room service is excellent, with especially delicious manti. The rooms are beautifully equipped with top-notch Sanctuary amenities, and the bathrooms feature Atelier Rebul products. The Anadolu side of Istanbul truly needed a hotel like this, and I will happily be returning.

Özellikle resepsiyonda görevli Kübra Hanım ve Hale Hanım’a ilgileri, kibarlıkları ve samimi yaklaşımları için ayrıca teşekkür etmek isterim. Misafirlerle birebir ilgilenmeleri konaklamamı çok daha keyifli hale getirdi. Yeni açılmış bir otel olmasına rağmen sanki yıllardır hizmet veriyormuş gibi kusursuz bir düzen vardı.
