"Room not cleaned at all on second night, bed not made, towels on the floor, etc. As if no one had come in. The first night the towels were added, but bed not made. Breakfast choices are poor. Many items pre-made ready to microwave wrapped in plastic. Coffee terrible and empty pot on second morning ..."
