Ceiling was peeling. Smelled like musty socks. Silverfish in bathroom. Claims they asked if i wanted to switch rooms but they didnt. They asked after i sent an email to baymont. Why would you even give someone that room to begin with. Especially for the price. Spiders. Dust webs. Rust. Silverfish. Disgusting

Regrets

The pool area was shut down (had I known would have booked elsewhere) the bed was uncomfortable. Check in was fast but with no working pool our stop to relax we ended up grounded in a room with an uncomfortable bed. If facilities are not functioning that should be reflected on website so people can make informed decisions regarding their stay

Go to the Holiday Inn express... its much better.

Front desk was no where to be found.... ever. Pool was cloudy and green, no towels in the pool. Had to get them from the front desk who was never there and when she was she was very short and rude. Acted annoyed that someone needed to check in and get pool towels. No where to be found during breakfast and there was no pancake batter left. Wouldnt stay here again.
