Staff was Amazing upon check-in. So grateful they allowed cash deposit, especially after my card was stolen. I stopped by another hotel I've stayed at previously and was not willing to work with me. This hotel is a bit worn, and the breakfast, while hot, feels like a bare minimum: 2 hot items plus waffle maker, only white bread and one kind of bagel, apples were only fruit. And no water for guests anywhere in the hotel: not in the breakfast area, not in the lobby, no water dispenser in the fitness center. I asked at the front desk and all they could offer was to sell me bottled water. This is a pretty basic offering to not provide.
