Staff was super friendly. Room was clean and quiet. The bed was little squeaky and not very comfortable and seemed kind of small for a queen. It was a tight squeeze for two people to sleep in. The pool was not working so that bummed the kids. Wish they let you know that before booking.

The room was spacious and clean and the breakfast was good. I had requested room cleaning service but was told there wasn't enough staff so we never had our room cleaned. We did get fresh towels but only after returning the dirty towels to the front desk. Overall, our stay was fine but slightly inconvenient. If you are looking for a relaxing pampered kind of stay this is not the place.

The staff was very nice. The breakfast was fine. The room was terrible. They said it had just been remodeled, which shocked me as the furniture was so old I didn’t even want to sit on it. The accent wall in the bedroom was horrible. If that’s a remodel, you should fire your designer. The Ac/Heat unit was so loud it kept us up! I would not return to this hotel.
