The roof leaks on the bed

The roof leaks onto the queen bed. This was an issues that was clearly ongoing. I asked the checkin person about it and she pretended to make notes but did not write anything down. The refrigerator does not work. There was a large wasp nest in the grill. I have pictures of this seems unbelievable.
There is a steady stream of water leaking onto the queen bed.
A nice wasp nest for anyone trying to use the grill.
