Our room was nice, the floor was a little unlevel as with is keeping with an old building. The reception staff was helpful and Stephen in the bar was super friendly. We enjoyed our stay there and would recommend it to anyone staying in Inverness. The location was excellent for city centre and the local attractions.

We only had a one night stay here, but it met all our needs. It was a great stop very close to city center and where we got on our tour bus. Large bedroom with a king bed. It is an older hotel so some age shows on the carpet and such, but it also added character.

The location is great. There is parking nearby for only 5 pounds the whole day. However, the hotel is very outdated. Our room did not have air conditioning, it was very warm. The hotel provided a portable fan though that was too noisy and didn’t help much.

Room stunk. Small. Breakfast was pretty below average for most hotels. Lots of nice cafes around. Much better to go out. Parking “reimbursement” is just a voucher for the pub next door so do that we’ll be fore you leave. I’m sure there are better options for slightly more money.
