House Rules:
1. No loud noise allowed at any time, music is allowed during the DAY (not during quiet hours) if it is contained within the property. CITY QUIET HOURS MUST BE FOLLOWED FROM 9:30 PM to 9:30 AM. Fines Apply up to $2500 and/or Eviction if rules are not followed. Credit Card will need to be placed on file upon arrival for any fines or damage.
2. Respect the house and report all damages
3. No overnight street parking, read posted signs for changes. House can hold up to 9 cars.
4. No parties or events allowed
5. No smoking allowed on the premises
6. Must be 21 years old to book

9. Outside Vendors (chefs, bartenders, cabana boys, or etc.) need to be approved by Luxury Desert Escapes for insurance purposes
