Checked in and then immediately checked out did not stay at the property. The room was terrible and the door look like someone kicked it in. Made me feel uncomfortable so I checked out.

Cleanliness was subpar. The half & half single cups were left out all day and night next to the 24hr coffee and were sour and was told that it was all they had. The highway is loud out the window and there were not enough blankets on the bed.

Presents well but unclean

The hotel presents well as did the room. The lobby is bright and beautifully decorated. The bed was comfortable and breakfast was what you would expect for a hotel breakfast. The staff was friendly and helpful. Overall the experience was decent however there was a lot to be desired when it came to cleanliness. Our room as well as the bathroom in the hotel lobby were not very clean. The feminine hygiene can in the lobby bathroom was full to the brim. The faucets had hard water stains, rings in the toilets, dirty shower curtains, random hair in the shower and on the toilet, stained carpet. These things were disappointing to me and I will most likely not stay here again.
