Staff wasn’t accommodating for the pool use closed the pool due to other guests staying at hotel and was very rude didn’t offer a sister hotel I had to call myself. After coming back it was open all of a sudden. Pool was closed again in the morning it was just over all a bad experience and my kids were really disappointed! After all the money spent for one night we just wanted to use the pool and every excuse in the book for why we couldn’t use it was just ridiculous!

Staff was discriminating and lied to us paying customers on a mini staycation about the pool. Shut the pool down and opens up after we leave the pool area.

Staff was very rude, told us we had to leave if she didnt see our reservation to extend a night. I told her i was very ill and it should be showing up any second on expedia. The staff then comtinued to be rude after ahe saw our booking. Then when my children amd a adult went to go swimming staff kicked everyone of the pool stating because there was a bunch of children un suoervided. I felt target and miss treated. We are staying in a hotel because i had a 4 month old son pass amd had to sell my house. This was by far the worst exoerience. I wanted to treta my kids to a nice hotel just for 2 days because i cant afford to relaly and we didnt even get to let them swim.

Housekeeping need to request, if not request no refresh no cleaning at all. When check in they don’t remind us. But after the 1st day we know that then we request next day full cleaning that is good.
