The room was very neglected. There were old bits of food on the floor throughout the room and the floors were dirty. There was also a half used bottle of hotel shampoo in the bathroom. There was a shuttle to the airport and the staff were nice and very helpful.

The room service(not connected to the property but is displayed in the room) after 10 pm is unreliable. We waited for over 3.5 hours and the driver was not even going anywhere to deliver our food. We slept hungry.
