Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home, including a private hot tub, propane fire pit, grill only in summer months , washer/dryer, and driveway parking. The garage is not available for guest use.
The Neighborhood:
This quiet Lake Tahoe neighborhood is ideal for both relaxation and adventure. Nearby beaches and marinas provide opportunities for boating and paddleboarding in summer, while Northstar and other ski resorts offer excellent terrain in winter. Kings Beach, just minutes away, features casual dining, coffee shops, and shopping.
Getting Around:
A car is recommended for exploring the area. Street and driveway parking are available in summer; in winter, parking is limited to the driveway. There is no public transportation directly at the property, but shuttles to ski resorts are accessible by car.
Other Things to Note:
Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts’ opening and closing dates.
Please note that like most homes in the area, this home does not have A/C.
4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days.
