Newly Rennovated and Air Conditioned Townhouse -1 mile from Skiing

Permit # W5004. Welcome to beautiful Lake Tahoe and to our newly updated AND AIR CONDIITONED 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath townhome. The 3 bedrooms all have all new beds and linens as well as a 3 smart TV's. There are 2 king beds in 2 of the bedrooms and twin beds in the third bedroom--sleeping 6 people comfortably. All the bedrooms and 2 of the bathrooms are downstairs. The 2 downstairs bathrooms have showers/bathtubs, sink and toilet. There is an additional 1/2 bath upstairs off the living room area. The living room area has all new furniture, including reclining sofas, a large smart TV and a table seating 6-8 people. You can cozy up to the gas fireplace in the winter or cool your jets in our air-conditioned home in the summer. You can cook your meals in the brand new kitchen or BBQ (gas) on our expansive wrap-around deck. This condo has a fully stocked kitchen including a toaster, drip coffee maker, kettle, dishwasher, microwave and all your plates and utensils. The kitchen area also has a full size washer dryer for your convenience. If you’re ready for activities, Incline Village will not disappoint. Our condo is just minutes away from world renowned biking and hiking trails in the summer and ski resorts in the winter. You can also play golf, tennis, pickleball or just lounge at the beach. Looking off our back deck, you can see the nearby heated pool (in summer). Shops, restaurants and fun things to do are just minutes away to this meticulously kept property. All linens and towels are included with cleaning to make it a perfect relaxing get away for families and friends.

This condo was very well stocked in everything we needed and more. Unfortunately, the pool was closed the entire time but the owner communicated back quickly and offered to help us find a public pool. This unit is very close to the lake and lots of beautiful beaches and hiking trails. Would recommend!

Great location, beautiful decor!

We arrived early due to a winter storm rolling in. Thankfully the owner was kind enough to allow us to enter the home as soon as the house cleaners finished, which ended up being about 3hrs earlier than the originally stipulated time. We were very grateful, since we have 2 young children, and it was going to be difficult entertaining them when things were closed in the middle of a frigid snow storm! Once we were in, we had a lovely time. The place is within 5 mins of a bunch of great restaurants 10mins from the slopes, and very cozy and spacious for a family of 3 adults and 2 young kiddos. Highly recommend!

Clean and modern

Accommodations were nice (as pictured) and comfortable. Bathrooms were small and could use some shelving and/or hooks as there was no countertop for toiletries. There are quite a few stairs from parking to the unit that were difficult for my elderly mother but overall it was a beautiful place, clean and modern and we recommend it for a beautiful vacation home stay in Incline Village

Perfection!

This townhome is, by far, one of the best places we’ve stayed. As a family of 5, we prefer using VRBO, but sometimes things aren’t as they appear in a listing. This was absolutely not the case!! The pictures do not do it justice. Here’s what we loved: -Quiet complex -Safe neighborhood -Completely updated inside! No detail was spared on modernizing this home. It’s really beautiful, yet functional. -CLEAN!! -Fully stocked towels and kitchen utensils/supplies -Location! We drove to Kings Beach for a day. -Communication with Mary Jane was excellent. We look forward to returning! If you’re not sure, this place is great!

This property is beautiful and it has a lot of extras. Like you have everything in one place like you are in your own house, you don't have to worry about anything but bring your own food and cook. The only thing that was a little disappointing is that no one told us that the pool wasn't going to be available. So we didn't get to use it. For us to have a pool acces is a key point when it comes to reserv and vacationing because we have 3 kids. Other than that, staying at this property was a really good experience and it worth every penny.
