A great setting in complex! A superb 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo with nice furnishings. Part of a well-maintained, newer complex that offers a summer time hot tub , pool and tennis courts, and is close to the Chateau, dining & shopping. This unit has a one car attached garage for easy parking. Close to a snow play area for winter time fun! Hot tub only runs during ski season and in summer. NON-SMOKING, NO PETS. Accommodates 4 people max. Please note: This property offers no beach access in Incline Village at this time. There is no Air Conditioning at the property. (Most properties in Incline do not have AC.) This property has smart TVs and does not have cable TV.
