This is a home built for settling in. The main level holds the living room and its wood-burning fireplace along with the master bedroom, an upstairs family room looks out over the trees with filtered glimpses of Lake Tahoe, and a second family room downstairs adds a kitchenette and its own washer and dryer for longer stays. On chilly evenings a wood stove adds another layer of warmth. Incline Village is about 2.7 mi away for groceries and dining, Diamond Peak about 4.6 mi, and Sand Harbor State Park about 7.5 mi down the shore.

✦ During winter weather, chains or a 4WD vehicle may be required, and trip insurance is a smart idea.
✦ A first aid kit is provided in the home.

HOUSE RULES:

✦ No smoking inside the property.
✦ Pet-friendly for dogs: up to 2 dogs are welcome with an additional fee and advance registration; no cats.
