Hotel Doña Esther: Pet-friendly hotel with free breakfast and free WiFi.
Very friendly and helpful staff, and the restaurant is excellent - one of the best in Otavalo. The free breakfast is just average, but the lunch and dinner menu is great. The pizza from their wood fired oven is excellent, and also their various pasta dishes.
