It was perfect! Have Justin in the BAR make you a drink!! he's the best! I forgot my passport on the nightstand, called the front desk and they said yes, we have it. They put it in a cab for me, and I had 40 min to spare. AWSOME JOB! That was at 4:30 in the morning.

The staff were professional, prompt, and courteous. My only complaint was coming back to the hotel from the Manitoba Club in the rain only to find the side door locked. It was dark so maybe I missed a way to get in with my key. I had to push my disabled wife up the steep ramp to the back door. By this time we were wet.
