We stayed for 10 days and had the same food over and over. No pool side drinks were served other than the ones you paid extra for like fresh squeezed orange juice. They walked around trying to sell excursions, romantic dinner or Massages which was annoying. They tripled the price for medicine in their pharmacy and bazar compared to the pharmacies in the city. Charged us 30 euros one way from the airport for shuttle to the resort. We got a taxi and he charged us 14 euros to take us back to the airport. It was just a money hungry place. WiFi didn’t work half the time. When one of the waiters didn’t clean the table quick enough his boss was shouting at him across the dining hall where people were eating. Not very professional.

At the beginning we were given a room with 3 beds in stead of 4 and it was too small to fit in an extra bed. So I asked and the hotel kindly upgraded our room to a 2 chamber room without extra fee.

Prima life was one of the best resorts my family and I have stayed in. From the hospitality, kindness of the workers, to the cleanliness of the space and rooms, I will definitely be returning. The food is great and they offer various options and variety. It’s one of the few resorts that has access directly to the Red Sea and is minutes by foot. The pool was cold so we spent most of the time at the beach. We highly recommend prima life. Thank you for welcoming us with open arms ♥️

The sea is beautiful and the snorkeling is superb. We were really impressed by the lifeguards who keep a close watch to keep everyone safe. The pool is very quiet and has a heated part that is great. The waterslides were nice. The entertainment team work hard and try to engage you but not too much. We were here over Halloween and they really did an impressive job. Staff are really pleasant and personable. We did boat trip with Tito's from the beach that was lovely. This is a very international hotel with 10 plus nationalities that we really enjoyed this. Really clean site, we asked for a ground floor room and this was provided so we were really happy, public toilets really clean as are all public areas We used shuttle into hurgada which was great Food is widely available throughout site at all times This is a fairly small hotel but it really is great we had a superb time We also bought massages and beauty treatments and paid extra for special lobster dinner which was lovely

Room was spacious, modern and clean. Fantastic & friendly daily house keeping service by Omar in block 6. The Maître d'hôtel, Mohammed provided excellent service to our family each time we came to eat at the restaurant. We stayed at this hotel for 2 weeks. My sister and my two nieces. Great facilities for kids by the way. Overall the pools were great, ambience of the hotel at night was nice, the beach was incredible and had a really great snorkelling spot. Food choices were good. I felt that some of the tours & spa prices sold at the resort were expensive. My sister expressed that sometimes she felt interrupted by the staff trying to sell tours and approach her when she is trying to relax at the beach. The hotel was packed with tourists, mainly from Russia and Europe. Some occasions, I felt a little out of place as an english speaking Aussie and did not come across any other native english speaking guests during my stay. A lot of the staff spoke fluent German or Russian but struggled with english I found. I had a private driver (not related to hotel services) from Luxor to the hotel and on arrival I noticed he got out of the car and walked to the security hut. I queried it and my driver told me he had to pay the security guard 100 EGP baksheesh just to be able to enter and drop me off at reception. I felt bad so I reimbursed my driver for the baksheesh. I was not happy about this treatment upon arrival at Prima Life Makadi. disappointing.

We arrived on October 18th around 1 PM and were warmly welcomed by Mr. Assem, one of the most professional and respectful people you could ever meet. He helped us with an upgrade to our rooms, and while waiting for them to be ready, we enjoyed lunch at the restaurant. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable, honestly above expectations. 🏖️ Facilities: • Pool: Big, clean, and very nice. • Aqua Park: Unfortunately, there’s barely one — just two small slides, nothing more. • Beach: Absolutely beautiful! You can see amazing fish and coral reefs. The beginning of the beach is sandy, and as you go deeper, you’ll find stunning coral areas — perfect for snorkeling. 🍽️ Food: • Savory food: Honestly, very tasty and varied, both for lunch and dinner. ⭐️ Rating: 9/10 • Desserts: This was the weakest part of the hotel. Most desserts weren’t good at all, and definitely not at the same level as the main food. Only one night they served special desserts that were nice. ⭐️ Rating: 2/10 Special thanks to Chef Gaber, who makes the best pizza by the beach during lunchtime — it’s really delicious! There’s also freshly made Egyptian feteer by the beach, which tastes great too. Animation Team: The animation team was friendly, active, and made the atmosphere very enjoyable. Overall, Prima Life Makadi is a lovely hotel with great food, friendly staff, and a beautiful beach — just needs improvement in the dessert section and aqua park.

Overall a nice hotel! We had the best sea view room - it was spacious, clean and AC worked well. The shower was weak, especially in the evenings when everyone is back from the pool and beach to shower at the same time. Buffet food wasn't great but the A La Carte restaurants were much better. Lots of food and drink options, so for all inclusive it's a good deal. Location was right on the beach and we saw lots of fish and coral in the sea. Lots of the staff around the resort don't speak English well so getting correct information was sometimes difficult.

The hotel was excellent for a 1 week chill out in February. The staff were accommodating and the excursions around the area were good and also very cheap. The pool was freezing so didn't dip at all but did swim in the sea once or twice
