I came with my family including 2 children and we had an enjoyable time at Prima Makadi. I highly commend the Animation Team (Lucie & Team the Children’s Animation Team. There was plentiful activities throughout the day, and also the best compared to neighbouring resorts. Exceptional hotel, food and staff!

As a solo female, I was apprehensive about my first visit to Egypt, I couldn’t have felt more welcome at prima life. From the moment I arrived; the staff went above and beyond. The food is absolutely delicious, during my stay, I ate in all of the restaurants, and can safely say the food was absolutely heavenly and safe. A big thanks to gomer for the delicious omelette and gaber for the pizza! I highly recommend the seafood restaurant, a big thank you to Ahmed for always keeping my drink topped up. The beach bar was fantastic and knew my order after just a day. I could comment on the food all day - just make the most of everything on offer as it really is delicious. My room had a couple of lights that didn’t work and the door had to be slammed and double locked but this wasn’t really a big issue for me but may be for someone else. The bed was made every day but the bathroom cleaning sometimes lacked and I had to ask for a clean cup and more tea / coffee in the room. These are minor details though. I see the gym every other day and found the facilities great - yoga mats would be a great addition though. I only found the rooftop bar cafe makadi on the last day which was a shame but it didn’t seem to have a serviced bar at the time anyway. Great views though! The spa was amazing, I thoroughly enjoyed my massage by aza but be careful if you ask for strong pressure! The reception staff we very helpful and kind at all times, a big thank you to them! Excellent stay!

Great Hotel with so much included in the price. The rooms are very spacious, clean and you even have a balcony. The staff was very friendly and helpful and always made sure you are okay. There are a lot of activity options you can book from the hotel and also lots of stuff to do there!

It was our first time in Hurghada and we were very pleased with the results of this hotel. The restaurant staff were friendly and welcoming especially Obama who helped me out when I needed some help with something and they all are extremely hard working individuals. The evening entertainment from the animation team is always great fun and jolly to participate in. The reception staff let us stay a little longer as our return flight home was very late in the evening which was much appreciated. I would definitely recommend this fabulous hotel may return again with friends very pleased and great holiday.

Wonderful Experience

The entire experience was fantastic! From the facilities to the staff and activities, everything was top-notch. The food was amazing, and the staff were incredibly helpful, from the reception to everyone who assisted us throughout our stay. Everything in the room was neat and clean, and the beach was lovely. The animation team truly made our stay memorable; they made the whole experience incredible! I would love to come back here every time I visit Hurghada.

This was my 2nd stay at Prima Life & the high standard has been maintained. Ahmed kept my room very clean & i found him very helpful. Kamul's omelette tossing skills are 2nd to none & he always had a cheery smile no matter the hour. Mohammed on the dining room drinks was again always hpful & always cheerful. All the staff work hard to keep the whole resort clean even to collecting each morning any detritus that the guests have dropped in the sand like cigarette butts.

Positive: The hotel was very clean, and the staff were friendly and accommodating overall. The beach was beautiful, with easy access and plenty of fish to see. Negative: The alcohol was terrible—more like drinking medicine than enjoying a drink. The food was below average, and the restaurants felt like a scam; they served the same food as the main cafeteria. The pools, advertised as heated, were freezing cold all week. We didn’t see a single person in the massive pool area because it was completely unusable. The tiny water park with three slides was also closed. Entertainment was very basic. I was genuinely surprised by how many positive reviews this hotel had, considering how bad the drinks and food were.
