The room was not cleaned or stocked properly. Went to have a shower and the shampoo bottle was empty.We didn't have enough tp for the day. They didn't leave full rolls or spare. The room didn't look like it was cleaned properly. Lots of dust, shower was not good and there was even a great big hand print on the mirror. When checking in I was told I booked 2 rooms when I didn't even checked email and Expedia app and from what I can see there only one room for 2 people. The was breakfast ok.The rooms are definitely not sound proof which was annoying when trying to sleep. Will not be back but loved Huntsville

Room was spacious and breakfast was good. However, our stay missed out on some key standards. There was NO shampoo or toiletries - had a long day and got in the shower and was unpleasantly surprised :( Pull out couch linen was soiled and had not been changed but our bed was clean thankfully.

Location great, hotel was very busy but not an issue. Loved the 24 hour coffee/tea/hot chocolate station. Rooms could have been cleaned a little nicer and pool was very small/ on the colder side.
