Not a huge presence of staff. Building are dated We didn’t know there was another kids area down a hall until the day we left and it wasn’t open. Could use more signs. Movie night they didn’t have snacks for everyone. Our room never got cleaned. We would give it another try.

Hotel offers a lot to do for kids and adults. I loved that a lot of the winter activities were included in our stay. Rooms were a bit dated but clean and beds were comfortable.

Checking in took longer than normal as their were only 2 people working Saturday. Shuttle service was questionable, weather was bad but should have been told it wasn't working instead of making me wait more than an hour outside. Called them multiple times and they had several opportunities to let me know but made me wait. Staff Sunday were not friendly especially the lady working Sunday night. Gave me the attitude that they were annoyed with my questions. Food prices overpriced noticed increase in price from the menu than what's on the restaurant websites.

Nice property. The pool area which we came for wasn't the cleanest. Stuff floating in the bottom of the pool, long hairs all over the pool deck, and very foamy hot tub. Room walls are paper thin as we had neighbours partying both nights around us until 3 in the morning and could hear everything.

The room was nice and clean but not in the main building and required a shuttle to go between the buildings. At one time it took a full hour to go to my room and back. There are no amenities in the building with the rooms, so you had to go to the main building for any type of food, drink ot entertainment. Feel that the cost was exorbitant
